Good morning! Pinoy breakfast favorites:
tapa (dried or cured beef),
tocino (cured pork) and
longganisa (sausage, chicken in this case). With garlic rice and eggs (I like mine scrambled). Everything fried. Not the healthiest breakfast, I know, but oh so yummy! Don't forget the vinegar, garlic and
siling labuyo (
bird's eye chili) dipping sauce.
